It is the intention of 'The Founder' that i++ be a profit making forum of Fellows working to establish an open source frame work, problem solving renewable energy sources and related technologies. That i++ should evolve to provide a safe secure environment in which all interested parties can contribute to, and share in, the whole i++ concept.

All persons agreeing to these terms and conditions do so on the understanding that they cannot be acting for, or on behalf of, a government body or any organisation that is subject to any freedom of information laws.

That in agreeing to these terms and conditions and the following CONFIDENTIAL/NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT they will do so with the intention of protecting their own and i++ intellectual property.

Fellows can expand and enhance the features of i++ including i++ Terms and Conditions, the i++ Constitution, the i++ Business Plan, the i++ Shares/Points structure and the payments of any dividends.

Such changes can be proposed by the Fellows using the thread system and incorporated or not in accordance with the wishes of the majority. Be it that the proposed changes do not breach any of the caveats or the spirit of such, laid down by 'The Founder'. In such matters 'The Founder's' decision will be final.

All members will have to agree to a full set of terms and conditions even if some or part of the terms and conditions are not currently relevant to them.

Contributors to i++ must have the rights to all intellectual property, copyright or patent rights that they wish to publish on i++. When expounding known concepts all efforts must be made to credit the original author e.g. [E=MC˛, Einstein]. Ideas/inventions formulated or published on i++ will be deemed to be the copyright and/or property of i++, patents will be applied for in the name of i++.

Further to the condition laid down in 'Caveats 2', the sharing of i++ profits is to be agreed by the i++ Fellows. The structure and percentages allocated to cover the different needs of i++ including payments to the Fellows will be set by the Fellows and approved by the Founder.

The Founder whilst maintaining ownership as indicated in 'Caveats 2' will not automatically claim a majority share of i++ profits but shall be guided by the wishes of the Fellows.

Independently audited accounts will be available to the fellows

It is required that any work carried out in the pursuit of i++ projects be done so in accordance with good heath and safety practice and is compliant with the laws of the country in which it takes place.

i++ will not be held legally responsible for any injures, damages, loses of properties, intellectual or physical of persons in relation to any patent or ideas held by i++ or work deemed to be done on behalf of i++.

There is a need to communicate in clear concise English when submitting threads, keep in mind that those who are going to read and rate them may not use English as a first language or be fully conversant with the subject you are describing. Pictures and diagrams are good, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Measurements where appropriate in metric please.

These caveats are drawn up by 'The Founder' (Mr Robin Bashford) with the intention of protecting the integrity of i++, that i++ should remain true to the concept that: i++ benefits all, knowledge for ever being an open source environment protected from limitation and restriction.

1.In the event of changes being proposed to the basic i++ concept the decision of 'The Founder' or in his absence his deputy 'The Coordinator' (Mr Mathew Bashford) shall be final.

2.That in matters relating to ownership of i++ copyrights, patents trademarks and such as they are produced, all shall be deemed to belong to 'The Founder'.

3.That 'The Founder' and 'The Coordinator' can award points to Friends and Fellows over and above those awarded within the limits set down by the Fellows and in the spirit of equality remove points should they deem it necessary.

4.That i++, 'The Founder', 'Fellows' or other participants of the whole i++ concept.
IN NO WAY OFFER ANY GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY THAT THE IDEAS, CONCEPTS OR DESIGNS OF i++ ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THAT ANY AWARDS/REWARDS SHALL BE FORTHCOMING TO ANY PERSON OR ORGANIZATION HOWEVER THEY MAYBE INVOLVED IN THE i++ ORGANIZATION.
