CONFIDENTIAL/NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

Between:

For the purpose of this document the intellectual property of Mr Robin Bashford the founder of i++ and i++ intellectual property are one and the same thing. As this document refers to the contents of i++ websites and related secure databases.

This is the CONFIDENTIAL DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT and NON-DISCLOSURE DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT that covers access to the i++ interface and it's contents. You will be prompted to acknowledge agreements of a similar format each time you view the threads and responses generated by i++.

Acceptance of this agreement by digital signature binds you to the conditions that follow:

1. On the understanding that both parties are interested in a possible collaboration in developments arising from i++ intellectual property it is agreed that all information, whether oral, written or otherwise, that is supplied in the course or as a result of this collaboration shall be treated as confidential by the receiving party.

2.The receiving party undertakes not to use the information for any purpose, other than for the purpose of considering the said collaboration, or for interacting with the 'Fellows' and 'Partners' of i++ within the confines of the i++ interface where they shall agree by digital signature CONFIDENTIALITY and NON-DISCLOSURE of each piece of information.

The receiving party may apply for the written agreement from i++, for permission to disclose to third parties agreed content while enforcing i++ CONFIDENTIALITY and NON-DISCLOSURE on the said third parties.

3. This Agreement applies to all information communicated by either party including both technical, commercial and the i++ interface and it's contents.

4. This Agreement does not apply to any information in the public domain or which the receiving party can show was either already lawfully in their possession prior to its disclosure by the other party or acquired without the involvement, either directly or indirectly, of the disclosing party.

5. Either party to this Agreement shall on request from the other return any documents or items connected with the disclosure and shall not retain any unauthorized copies or likenesses.

6. This Agreement, or the supply of information referred to in paragraph 1, does not create any licence, title or interest in respect of any Intellectual Property Rights of the disclosing party.

7. After 25years from the date hereof each party shall be relieved of all obligations under this Agreement.
