	i++ Fellows are those amongst us that want to truly be a part of problem solving innovative ideas that will make a global difference, adding their opinions and knowledge to those of others. Those who wish to build and control the structure of the i++ open source style framework and share in the profits of those ideas as they come to fruition.

	i++ Fellows can ask questions. Remember the DWG is a work in progress that would never have come into being if lots of \'what if\' questions had not been asked. Asking the right questions could prompt unique solutions and prompt further innovations. I++ has come about because without it the DWG would have died on the vine. Your innovations need not suffer from lack of know-how out there are people who would share in the satisfaction and rewards Asking the right questions could earn you points.

	i++ Fellows are the leading figures in a new way of providing the answers to the needs of a developing world. Nations are facing critical issues in the provision of power, water and food the i++ initial quest is to make the DWG available to a world in need. If you have an understanding of any part of the task of making the DWG a reality and this includes all fields not just engineering and the sciences, then we at i++ would be pleased to here from you. Giving the right answers could earn you points. Giving the right answers could well generate new innovations.
	Pros
	i++ Fellows can profit from their efforts, build a new open source style framework where their ideas and innovations will be available to all. Patents will be applied for on new innovations as they emerge. The best protection of i++ patents is the fact that to share in the market for our product all one has to do is become a \'Fellow\' or a \'Partner\'. There is little point in stealing an idea when you can share in a global network designed to promote an open source from which all can benefit and add to as required.
	Cons
	i++ Fellows cannot be me me me, after all it is \'I plus plus\'. If you don\'t feel you can share your work and/or you would not be comfortable having others with greater experience improve on what you have started then i++ is not for you. i++ is \'All for one and one for all\' not a new concept, lots of room for I not much time for me me me!
